The DIRECTWINERYOUTLET website does not represent or state that there will not be any errors, or that the website or the server that makes the website available is free of viruses or other harmful elements, although every precaution and measure is taken to make the customers experience the most safe and enjoyable.
Our members and visitors' privacy is important to DIRECTWINERYOUTLET, and DIRECTWINERYOUTLET has used encryption and a range of other technology to protect its customers' credit card information and customers' personal details stored on its database. Access to the DIRECTWINERYOUTLET database is restricted to our administration and technical specialists and at no time is made public.
DIRECTWINERYOUTLET will never trade, sell, swap or rent personal information. DIRECTWINERYOUTLET may terminate any special offer without advance notice. All products offered for sale are on the basis of 'while stocks last'. If a product is oversold, DIRECTWINERYOUTLET may replace the wine at the customer’s approval with a product of equal to or greater to the quality of that wine purchased. All products on the DIRECTWINERYOUTLET website are sold in Australian dollars and are by the case, as stated. All prices include the applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. All Gift Vouchers cannot be transferred for cash and no monetary change will be given. Delivery is not included in the prices quoted. All delivery charges are extra and are capped under our freight terms.
A buyer has the option on checkout to pay for an order by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or PayPal when ordering. If the credit card issuer does not authorise the transaction, or later revokes authorisation for the transaction, DIRECTWINERYOUTLET may cancel the order.
Accidents sometimes happen and if a product appears on the website at the wrong price, DIRECTWINERYOUTLET may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. A full refund will be given to the customer. The risk of damage and deterioration of the product purchased is passed from DIRECTWINERYOUTLET to the customer/buyer upon delivery.
When ordering through DIRECTWINERYOUTLET, you must be 18 years of age or older and confirm this fact when purchasing. Alcohol can and will not be sold or delivered to any person or persons under the age of 18 years of age. Proof of age must be shown to our delivery team upon request. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age.
