Character | A brilliant example of bold, fruit-driven Australian Cabernet, the 2016 Padthaway Cabernet has an attractive chocolate character, olives, warm earth, black cherries, and ripe berry characters that are well balanced with fine vanilla oak notes. The palate is wonderfully rich with generous fruit weight integrated perfectly with a soft silky tannin and oak profile. This wine can be enjoyed now but will also reward extended cellaring.
