Character | GSM was a work in progress for the Sieger Series of wines. Sourcing fruit from selected vineyards with deep alluvial Barossa soils, offers a richness of black berries, stewed plums hints of fruit cake and mushroom characters. Maturation in French oak, silky, integrated tannins. Cherry, Blackberry and mint add depth with dark chocolate back palate. A blend that offers fullness with lasting elegance.
