Character | The nose offers chocolate, coffee beans, cassis and blackcurrants. There is a flick of oak, but very well-handled. This is a big, cuddly, rich, ripe style. The texture is seductive, creamy even, and there is excellent length with silky tannins. On the palate, we see the emergence of more chocolate notes and black cherries. Should drink beautifully, not only while young but over the next six to ten years. 

95 points from Wine Orbit l This is magnificently ripe and perfumed on the nose showing blackberry, plum, mocha and spicy oak aromas, leading to a concentrated palate offering excellent density and layers of rich texture.
