Traditionally made with mature shiraz aged in old oak

With a Delicate, creamy dark purple mousse it shows a very long and good hold

The excellent mousse dissipates to reveal a dark crimson red coloured base with a steady stream of fine bubbles flowing through it.

The nose offers up good lift with top notes of ripe dark plums, dark chocolate and liquorice followed by confectionery notes. 

Full-bodied with a rich creamy texture on the palate which delivers fruit with long and soft finish. 

Concentration with a long succulent aftertaste.
